Does anyone know if we can preorder this thru GALS so that it gets it's cut? Please advise how.
I am so excited. It left the theaters here a week ago and I've been starved since. I only got
to see it 29 times before they took it out of circulation. I am so EXCITED.

So, are they NOT releasing it on regular DVD???? I don't have either blue ray OR hi def. WTF? So now I have to buy a new DVD player to watch PSILY?
I guess I will, but this is not putting me in a happy place about the DVD . . . especially at $35 a pop!
But I'm glad it will be out soon . . . I also can't wait to see what extras there are. And I agree - a Bloopers reel would be hilarious to see!!

You should be able to pre-order this by way of amazon. You can sign up for an "alert" here. However, I'm confident that we'll have a direct link to amazon in our boutique as soon as pre-orders are being taken. Using this link will garner us a small percentage of all the sales. i find it hard to believe they wont put this on a regular dvd... 
imagine how many people that may not buy it if they dont?? the majority of the public that arent hard core gerry fans, that dont yet have the newer players, arent going to go buy one just to see this movie...

I AM SO THRILLED I CAN'T BREATHE!! Especially since I'd read, about a week ago they already had a U.K. release date! Not at all happy about having to buy a new DVD player, 
but Gerry deserves it - even if the cat and I have to go hungry...

I read somewhere else-can't remember where- but the regular DVD will be coming out on May 6th as well, so dont worry everyone!!
I also read about the special features, and it doesnt look like there's gonna be a blooper reel or all of Gerry's version of Galway Girl unfortunately.

I also read on GB.net that its being released on the 6th of May and the HD DVD is being released on the 27th of May so, that seems to be the general consensus...I'm sure hoping it comes out sooner rather than later I wanna watch this movie again so bad!
