  1. I heard a rumor he was going to be in a movie where he traveled to a small town in Nebraska and courted a lovely red-haired lass... Wait-is that his movie, or my autobiograhy? Ack, neither, unfortunately!
  2. Quick! Must book plane flight to Japan! This is an emergency! :lick3:
  3. Okay, I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, so any of the mods are welcome to move it...but seeing as we're the "lusty lunitic fringe" I thought we could do some serious signing. This is a link to a site that is hosting a petition for Gerry to play Jamie Fraisier in the upcoming Outlander series. http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/Gera...OutlanderSeries I don't know anything about the books, but I've heard from other Tarts that he'd be perfect for the part, and I'm all for Gerry getting more exposure! :good:
  4. Does anyone know where I can find the musical score for the opening song? It's so gorgeous. I've scoured the internet, but I haven't found anything.
  5. He is such a great actor-he wears his characters really well. I mean, the whole boardwalk scene is just amazing.
  6. Yay! I couldn't be happier-my copy of DF came in today's mail! I'll admit, I actually shrieked when I opened my mail box...the good news is I live in the sticks, so no one heard me. And, just incase you were wondering, I'm holding the DVD between my knees right now, so that I can have contact with the film at all times. I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!! :gg1: :gg2: :geettongue: :good: I'm feeling very Vanilla right now. :vanilla:
  7. Bad things come in threes for Toru Okada. He loses his job, his cat disappears, and then his wife fails to return from work. His search for his wife (and his cat) introduces him to a bizarre collection of characters, including two psychic sisters, a possibly unbalanced teenager, an old soldier who witnessed the massacres on the Chinese mainland at the beginning of the Second World War, and a very shady politician. Wow! He was reading a book based on my life. I feel so special.
  8. Over on a POTO (where we also talk about a million other random things, and consiquently, Gerry) there's a great conversation going on about DF. Here's a link, if anyone's interested: http://boards3.warnerbros.com/wbol/thread....art=50&tstart=0 There's alot to go through, but it's a good read if you're in the mood for deep thoughts-other than lustful ones, that is. :meeting: Oh, and FYI, over there I'm mooky10.
  9. This movie truly is awesome. Who'd a thunk we could fall in love with a deformed insane murderer/stalker? I think he definately succeeded in Joel Schumaker's goal of "make it sexy!"
  10. Wow, that was like listening to my own thoughts...it's good to know I'm not the only one that thinks like that. I thought it was funny, and very entertaining. semmsb is right-you've got a gift, pursue it!
  11. Okay, I read your new installments, YOU MUST KEEP GOING! It's great. :gg2:
  12. What? You keep his phone number in your knickers? It's tattoed to my palm, so I can dial it without having to pull it out of my pants. In all seriousness, though, I think your story's fine...some people are more, shall I say, persnickity than others. Keep updating it, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Hmm...I think I'll stick with Irish Devil, only Irish Devil GAL. And, because phantomsluvr is inspiring, here's my emoticon that has to do with nothing, I just wanted to click it: :blowkiss:
