  1. Dayna, you were gracious and articulate and represented Gerry's fans beautifrully. Too bad that harridan who came after you felt it necessary to go on a talk show and disrespect two of the other guests. She is too old to be that ill-mannered. If she didn't care for Gerry, she didn't need to make any remarks about him. Then the condescending remark she made to you was a swipe at all Gerry's fans, as if the reason we were fans is because we don't have a man of our own. Grrr. No wonder Gerry gets nervous before and during some interviews. He knows they can be merciless.
  2. I'll bet you anything that Gerry gets this man or his father a part in one of the movies he will be producing. One of the things I love most about Gerry is his big heart.
  3. Both the GAMER and LAC posters would make me want to see the movie even if I had no idea who Gerard Butler was. They are both chilling.
  4. Even better, go to TUT webside and watch the trailer. This is one show that I can't wait to see. Gerry is sexy and hilarious, even though he plays a jerk. I can't wait to see if he changes when he falls for her, or if she ends up with someone else.
  5. Do you have a Bi Lo near by? That's where I found mine day before yesterday-2 copies. Got mine at Walgreens.
  6. OK, Alissiya, you make a couple of good points. First of all, doctors now agree that kissing someone is not as likely to pass on illness as handling the same items or just being in close proximity. The physical closeness of the sex scene was enough to make her sick if she had a faulty immune system. Also, the fact that she announced it sounds pretty tacky to me and embarrassing for Gerry. No one would have ever wondered that she didn't kiss him because a lot of sex scenes are devoid of kissing, especially if they are of the wham bam variety.
  7. Moira and Dawn, thanks for the details. I couldn't remember Jon's name, but I remember that he was a very down to earth, nice young actor. Brandon Lee's death also affected me, especially since I had just seen him in a movie.
  8. Moira, Vic Morrow was the actor who was decapitated by a helicopter on set. I think he was Jennifer Jason Leigh's father. Doug McClure died of lung cancer. There was another good looking young actor who was killed by a blank from a gun that he was playing around with, but I can't remember his name. Maybe someone else can.
  9. I saw it 13 or 14 times. I lost count. I will definitely be at Circuit City on Tuesday when they open the store.
  10. I went over to Chud and added my two cents worth.
  11. I haven't been able to watch this or a couple of others, because they stop halfway through and won't finish. Would some lovely soul please put these interviews on GALS so I can see them?
  12. Here's wishing you the best birthday ever! You have brought so much joy to so many people with your wonderful talent and personality. This year has been a banner year for you and I only see things getting better. Take care of yourself and don't let the demands on your time get to you.
  13. Wow! I don't think I have ever seen Gerry look better. The owners of the Indiana Jones franchise made a big mistake by using Shia LaBoeuf as Indiana's son instead of Gerry. Actually, in that picture he reminds me of the guy in the third Indy movie who gave Indy his hat. Or a better looking Russell Crowe.
  14. I'm sorry, but some of those stars don't even have movies out this year. Where on earth is Gerry and how can we let them know we want him nominated?
