  1. I just found out that Gerry won the Hello poll for most attractive man!! I am so excited!! I believe it was said that the other candidates fans had cheated somehow, that's why they had so many votes...Gerry's votes were all real and accounted for so I'm guessing all that hard work we all did voting for him paid off. Congrats Gerry, we love ya!! Below is the link... http://www.hellomagazine.com/celebrities/s...pagina_1_1.html P.S. If this has already been posted, I'm sorry, I didn't see it anywhere... ::
  2. I'm new here and I just wanted to share some pictures with you...the first one is of me and my oldest daughter, Brittnee, at her Homecoming last year...she ran for queen but didn't win. The second is of me and my youngest daughter, Jaymee. Enjoy... Me and Brittnee Me and Jaymee
  3. Bethy: I am new here...my name is Becky...I was very touched by your story...I must say, first, that I can relate to your situation somewhat...I was raised by an alcoholic stepfather. But the difference between your dad and my stepfather was that mine WAS abusive. I grew up without my real father, it's sort of a long story, but my mother adopted me as a single parent. My mom and I lived with my terrible stepfather for 9 years before we finally left. Wow, that has been way over 20 years ago. The good news is that I recently met my real Dad this year, and it was wonderful. He filled the void that was inside me all these years. I just wanted you to know that you can email me or PM me if you ever need to vent...you stated that maybe you shouldn't have posted here...just an option if you decide you want to. I am sorry to hear about your Mom's illness. I am an RN and I see lots of pain and suffering, but I also see many miracles. You will be in my prayers daily. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone here at GALS, you seem like super people. ::
