  4. Wooowwweee. That resort looks stunning. I've always wanted to visit Morocco. It looks like an amazin place. Oh, and of couse Mr B looks good as uaual... How is it that any suit, any design, any colour, he just looks great. What a man
  5. When I was younger, I used to live in a little fishing village called Johnsahven on the East coast of Sotland. I used to trick or treating with a big group of friends. Once I dressed up as the conventional ghost - you know, sheet over head, two holes cut in for eyes. It was pretty awful. The next year I went dressed as a witch, complete with pointy hat and warty nose!! Its tradition here to go duking for apples. Does anyone else do this? Basically you have a load of apples in a big tub of water and you have to stick your head in the water to grab the apples wih your teeth(you all probably know this). I HATED doing this. I don't like sticking my head underwater very much anyway. Nearly every house we went to, we had to go inside and do this. I used to dread it. Then there were the times when you would knock on a door and you just knew that everyine in the house was hiding because they couldn't be bothered to answer the door and listen to another non-funny joke. Although I admit, when I got older, I used to do this also. Well, reading that back to myself, it seems as if I didn't really enjoy Halloween that much did I? Oh well... HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE
  6. Just watching it again. Its def not live. Here is another screen cap I just took. It has some buildings in the backround - does it look more like NYC or LA? I don't know? Gerry 6
  7. . I recorded it onto DVD then played on my computer to get screen caps. Its was the best I could do at the moment. I'm not very computer minded I'm afraid , still learning.

  16. Thanks for the info Moira - your'e a star Even though I haven't got too far to travel I have never been to Glasgow(terrible I know) so I really don't have a clue about where anything is. I will study a map I think. I have been looking for hotels that are near the cinema, so thanks for the heads up on those ones. I'm not sure if I should come down on the Saturday or early Sunday morning...The train journey will take about 2.5 hours. I have to work on Saturday though. I think I might stay until Monday morning then catch the train back. Not sure yet Hehe so exciting... I do hope there's going to be a big crowd. I can push and shove if I need to *elbows at the ready* Gerry switching on christmas lights - now that would be fun

  18. I'm thinking your right Moira. Just enjoy Gerry without having to expalin anything!! I am so desperate to see this movie. Yeah we could meet up. That would be fun. Jojo
  19. Of course we can make it happen ! Let's see where the venue is first and then we can make arrangements about a specific place nearby where we can meet. And afterwards we an go for dinner or something. Theresa Oh I really hope so. It would be so much fun. I love how one man can bring so many people from around the world to one place. It just amazes me as I am very new to this whole fandom community. So are we doing this? I will book my plane ticket right now if you say yes? Dane OK Lets do it. I can't quite beleive i'm saying that Wow this is exciting.

  21. Yipeee, I just got tickets for the Edinburgh showing on the 3rd. I am trying so hard to convince someone to go with me(my mother actually) but she ain't having none of it. I am trying my hardest to convince her of the erm *merits* of Mr Butler but so far she remains unconvinced. More of a Hugh Jackman fan... So it might just be me...all by myself...(isn't that a song?!)
  22. How romantic, rain in Scotland! Seriously. I was there last August and it rained almost the whole time. We were at Glencoe and there was so much rain there were small waterfalls coming down the mountains. Eversince I have been daydreaming about walking about the Scottish country under the rain. It puts me in a very romantic mood. I'd love it to be in Scotland again, cozying in bed, listening to the rain, watching a good movie. From where we were staying we could see the mountains from the bedroom window. Heaven! I hope you managed to get some sleep though. :-) Thanks for the post, it brought back happy memories. Theresa The rain in Scotland...oh. It has been raining where I live now for nearly 10 days. This morning was the first time I have seen then sun in I can't remember how long!! Isn't it funny, you long for the rain in Scotland and I long for the sun...
  23. I feel the same as you Dane. I really want to go and I don't really have any excuse not to. I live 3 hours away so its all within easy reach. I have never been to a premiere of any movie before so I don't really know what to expect. I've never really travelled anywhere on my own but I know I could do. I too would love to experience this amazing opportunity with fellow GALS - can we make it happen? I want to go so much Jojo
  24. Another one 'by the way...'. I keep catching myself saying Gerry Phrases too. At work the other day I was in a meeting and I answered 'absolutley' to something. Then I thought to myself 'Ha, there's another Gerry Phrase'. I must have got lost in my thoughts of Gerry because my boss says 'Jo are you listening?'. Hmmm, what? I must pay more attention...
