I will be sending my check by mail. Yes, EACH person attending -- whether the whole convention or just the dinners -- needs to complete a registration form AND pay $250. I know it's tough -- I'm bringing Big Mike this year. (We should have an interesting collection of "Gerry Widowers" roaming about) $500 is a lot harder to budget than $250. I can tell you this though, Dr. Em has only just begun to spin her golden yarn. Us mods aren't involved in the planning as much as we simply help carry out Dr. Em's "vision." We're only in September and Dr. Em already has some really cool stuff up her sleeve. It's rather amazing to "watch," actually. The gal was born to "schmooze" LOL. Luckily for us, we'll be the benefactors. I've noted your name change, POPPY, along with the others. Thanks for the post! ETS: I'm just throwing this out here, but do any of the hubbies that will be joining us golf? Big Mike is an avid golfer and would love to golf with someone that knows what it's like to be married to a Gerry fan. If there's enough, maybe Big Mike can make arrangements for the PALS to hit the links...

Big Mike and Marc together, that could prove to be interesting or just plain dangerous. LOOK OUT VEGAS !!

framolamdu
If I come with someone but they are having nothing to do with convention, just joining me on US trip and doing their own thing am I right to assume I do not have to pay any convention costs for them. They would be sharing room. is this allowed. Moira Edited October 9, 2007 by framolamdu

heISmyGspot
Just a "gentle reminder" that you are not officially "registered" until you pay your deposit and/or in-full. Simply filling out the form does NOT reserve your place. As registration fills, if you haven't paid your deposit, your registration form will be discarded in favor of those meeting the financial requirements. Dr. Em
Do we use the same registration form to register to see the POTO movie presentation? What about the TShirt blanks, etc. Do we just ignore those??? Help! I don't want to mess up! Suzie Stef will be adding registration form for POTO sometime today and there will be an ADDITIONAL form for doing so. PLEASE DO NOT leave the t-shirt part blank! We need to know your sizes. The convention is filling up VERY fast, but I do have arrangements with the Hotel to expand A LITTLE if need be. I wouldn't delay any longer than necessary. Hope this information helps! Susan~Sporran
I sent my POTO payment via PayPal and noted that is what it was for, but I don't see a separate registration for the Phantom Showing. When I click on the beautiful icon to the left it just takes me to the convention site and tells me about the Phantom showing. Am I missing something (entirely possible!!) Susan, I just used the same form as I did for registration, but entered the amount of payment as $15. Then I made a note that it was my payment for the POTO showing. I got a confirmation e-mail from Spot that my payment was received. EDIT: DOH! I just reread your message, and realized you did the same thing. I must be sleep deprived or something. No. Make that POTO deprived! Or POTO DEPRAVED is more like it! Edited October 25, 2007 by kittypro
