I am sorry for not having replied for such a long time. I was not around for about a week, and then things went a little bit bussier. I also tried to follow your advice and try to post the picture (I thank very much for all of them). If it goes through, this is how I like A. Marek the best (actually, all but one pictures are from extra features, so it is not AM, but GJB I like, but it is probably common to all of us!). I am sorry, the result is not so good, it is my first attempt to do this, but I just loved him in the extra features, how natural he was... Most pictures (including the ones in a dark) are from him watching the scene of the blast in the castle, toghether with his stunt man. I hope my next attempt is better.

Sorry, had to turn it into a link. A bit too large for our guidelines

Donnie that is a great siggy!! the first two pikks are from when he's making faces behind the director when he's saying they dont have any good actors in the film (jokingly of course), then the one when he is threatening to blow the arsenal, the next three and the two in the right lower corner are from when he's standing next to his stunt guy and saying how great he is ( I love that part), the man cleavage shot is when he's next to Anna isnt it? And the 2 darker ones I can almost hear him saying "I'm so brave"

I just relived the extras!!!! Thanks Donnie!

Looking at Elissa's wallpapers and reading the discussion about staying behind in the Middle Ages, I decided I couldn't do it...I'd have figured out a way to bring my love back to the present with me. I don't think I could live without deodorant, TP, flushing, tin foil, Gerry movies, GALS, eBay, my computer, my telephone, my microwave, instant hot water, aspirin, elastic, refrigeration, Amazon, air conditioning, ice cream, disposable diapers, The ScFi Channel, vaccines and bug spray. I couldn't live with having to make my own cloth, making my own soap, baking my own bread from flour I had to grind, having to spend all day cooking and sewing, trying to clean up after warriors who probably didn't wipe their feet, killing rats with a broom, using a chamber pot for necessities, having babies without drugs and not being able see the latest episode of "Moonlight"! Now, while I COULD live without Britney, Anna Nicole, politics, telemarketers, 5:00PM freeway traffic and the barking dog next door, it's just not worth it, IMHO! Sorry, GALS, but the Middle Ages is sooo not for me!

Hey Suz...........if I knew I was going to be snuggling next to AM....aka...Gerry every night I would learn to live without those trivial things!! You just have to learn to be creative....in more ways then one I might add :cunning: :tasty:

If it were Gerry asking me to stay, I'd entice him back to the present with Starbucks, ColaCola, snazzy black sports cars and Moi! The Middle Ages wouldn't stand a chance!

Great discussion! I'm sure I would stay because my heart always wins over my head - which lands me into trouble sometimes. But like has already been said, snuggling next to Andre Marek every night would be worth losing all the modern conveniences of life.

Love conquers all . . . sometimes . . .

I dunno. Think about that next time you open the fridge, turn on the TV, use your cell phone, grab for a paper towel, wash a load of clothes, take a hot shower, need a tampon, crave chocolate, check your e-mail or run to the mall! Not to MENTION have a cup of coffee or tea! MUCH better to entice your love to return to the present so they could enjoy all those things with you (except for the tampon.)

:rotflmao: I don't know - I would think that men from back then would really appreciate a tampon for their woman. Ewww. Back to the romance . . .

I love movies like that. Remember "Kate and Leopold"? Such a great movie - fish out of water stories. That's what it would be like if we enticed him back. And remember how K&L ended? But yeah, I would miss Walmart, the grocery store, Blockbuster, etc., shopping in general . . .

Well, I guess if I was given an ultimatum . . . stay here with me or we can't be together, yeah, I'd stay. I might end up hating it, but the end result would be I would be with the man I love . . . maybe I'm just saying that now cause I don't have one.

One of my favorite books is "A Knight in Shining Armor" by Jude Deveraux. It tells a story about a knight from Tudor times who comes to the present. SOOO funny. Then the lady in the story goes back to Tudor times. What a mess she gets into! (You MUST read that book!).

I guess the thing to keep in mind is that you young'ins are just more adaptable than me. I'm turning 65 and am very high maintenance. I need my little luxuries and I've earned them. When I was a young wife, we had no paper towels, we washed diapers (I had a wringer washer!), TV dinners were just becoming widely available, TV was black and white, air conditioning was a luxury, and no one had heard of a shopping mall or WalMart. I'm enjoying and appreciate all the special stuff we have now and I'm not loosing it. Besides, I had my Knight in Shining Armor, it's your turn now.

Time to re-run this picture, I think.

SUZIE!!!! I love Knight in Shining Armor!! That is my fave Jude Deveraux, but I love her books to death anyway.

And I can't believe that Valentine's Day came and went and I didn't post for our favorite romantic warrior

right*click*saved that baby Dawn!

I've been so sick with the flu I didn't want to come in here and spread any germs around.

But, now that I'm starting to feel better...I'm ready for some more Marek lovin'!

Nice treasure trail pics. I just got back from seeing family in Sioux Falls, and it is nice to come back see some nice Marek pics, and warm up after dealing with cold snow, my blood has seriously thinned living here in Georgia.
