I am a newbie so I don't know if I should be posting this elsewhere......

I am aware some twitters can be suspect, but most sightings are usually kosher and I had to love this recent twitter

cangarola: Great night in NYC last night: Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig (onstage,) Gerard Butler (in the house,) and me (ovulating!)

about 7 hours ago from web

I agree with cangarola, I'd be ovulating fainting with all that manly manliness in one venue....

he was also spotted at a restaurant called Barbounia on Park Avenue NYC.

I don't believe this.....I was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, NY (about 70 mi. north of

NYC) and spent a lot of time down there going to shows, restaurants, sight-seeing, etc.

But now I live down here in Florida, so where's Gerry's east coast home-away-from-home?

Uh huh.....NYC :tantrum:

:hugs: ...........Paula

Ouch - so painful. I was at the show on Thursday night! Missed by one night. :tissues:

Well, the show was okay. Hugh and Daniel were truly great, the material was a little dull - in my humble opinion. Was a 2-man show (!) and they play Chicago cops. Their accents were good - although I would have preferred their native accents of course.

Sure wish we got tix for Friday night instead . . . .

Nice grouping of men! British, Aussie, & Scottish! My kind of group!

I second that emotion, all that was missing was an Irishman of equal "hunk"itude. I love both the Belfast and Republic of Ireland accents too. I also love the East Coast accents here in Canada because they are all Scottish, Irish and British accents that have evolved over time - especially in Newfoundland, definitely Scottish/Irish roots in that cadence and you get beautiful Celtic music coming out of the region. If they saw Mr. Butler they might exclaim "lord tunderin jesus"!

Not a Twittering - I saw the photo of GB with Jon Bovi - some lucky photographer from the Dublin Herald got to hang out with Bono and U2 including the NYC concert and he teases

No polemic, no preaching -- with 80,000 baying fanatics in the palm of their hands, U2 decided to just play some songs, say thank you, and bugger off the stage. I won't bang on about the after-show party, but will tease you with just this tidbit.

Towards the end of the night, I was sitting in a small room off the main party venue, with only about a dozen other people. And in that room were Bono, his wife Ali, the Edge, supermodels Christy Turlington and Helena Christensen, actors Clive Owen and Gerard Butler, and Jon Bon Jovi (who's tiny, by the way).

http://www.herald.ie/lifestyle/my-day-behi...ng-1898394.html

More fainting and ovulating to be in that room, Clive Owen is one of the few other manly men actors and Jon Bon Jovi would have looked tiny standing beside GB, bwah. I love that photo. Jon is not too hard on the eyes either.

And Helena Christensen is my favourite supermodel from the era when models had curves - Michael Hutchence was a fool to lose her but Hutch was not one for fidelity.

Gerry has participated as an 'auction date' for charity a couple of times in the past. I believe it is often used when you have access to somebody worth having dinner with. :D

I donated the $20 to KKC but know that I'm not eligible to win because I'm in Canada.. and I believe it was geared to Americans only but it's quite ok because it's a great cause and I'm glad to help out with a cause so close to Gerry's heart.

I wonder why they only have the contests for US citizens...? LOL, I can get to NY by car!
