Thank you for informing us on this interview. I like the black& white photos of him very much. It's my first post here, so I hope I'm doing it right! Thanks again!

Those looking for the magazine might try contacting the publisher. They will usually have back copies that don't cost much more than the stand price. Just a thought.. ;)

Gerry looks absolutely gorgeous in the photos. The photographer has done an amazing job in capturing Gerry the way he/she has.

:wuv: thanks for this post of 'angeleno' article....every interview (ouch) jus' luv 'em up even more!

...especially gerry's comment on humor & laughter! 'each moment is full of love'...and, in THAT moment it's all that matters. just love that truth...humor breaks all boundries and gerry exemplifies in totality! the first time i really 'fell' for gerry was during the dvd special features of beowulf & grendel which i saw summer (08)....during his interview you could see such an enriched flavor of joy within his spirit...he was artistic while explaining the grand environment, the harshness and fortitude of everyone involved, all with a glimmer of humor. he truly is a poet....and funny as all get-out!

With Gerry's natural beauty and charm, it doesn't take much to make that come through the camera. Man would I love to see Annie Leibowitz photograph him.

I can't get the article either. Dying to read it.

If someone can find another way to make it available,

please do.

Love him absolutely,

Wow, those pictures are absolutely fabulous and I love the whole Gerry as the new Bogart thing. Honestly, the personality that oozes from those photographs is so perfect. I think they really do him justice.

I doubt very much that I'll be lucky enough t find a copy here in Ontario, so I'll have to look on Ebay.

Cheers!

Amanda

I downloaded the PDF of the mag a few days ago, but just got around to reading the article now. Good read! Good insights into Gerry, brought up some fun stories about his past that I hadn't previously heard (diving under a burning car with a fire extinguisher??! :)), and of course, as mentioned by EVERYONE already, the gorgeous pictures.

I had a thought though about the PDF copy of the mag... the story on Gerry is only on pages 80, 81, and 82 of this huge 130+ page file. Does anyone have access to a version of Adobe Acrobat where they could isolate the pages of Gerry's story into a separate pdf? I only have the free version, and it won't do that. Perhaps someone has it on their computer at work? I would be eternally grateful if someone could make me a 3 page PDF of this article.

Let me know if anyone thinks they might be able to swing this!

Steph

Sorry if you've already discussed this, I am new to Gals so you all may have addressed this. But, if not, have you all seen the cover and article of Angeleno magazine? Very nice. With so many men in the world, why does it seem there aren't more like GJB? Surely they are out there somewhere...but I've never encountered another male that has such an effect on me. It seriously amazes me. What amazes me even more is one of my friends who does not see the attraction AT ALL, yet she loves Vin Diesel. I guess it's a good thing we aren't all the same. Well, except for our 6,000+ members who obviously know what is great, happy and beautiful in this world.

I just have to say I am so happy to have found you other GJB lovers!

I agree, I really loved this article! I have encountered 3 or 4 articles that I think are really well written, really in depth examinations of Gerry and his motivation, and just overall really well done, and this was one of them. I'll try to link to the others so you can check them out too. :)

300 Things You Didn't Know about Gerard Butler- from August's Esquire (and here's the discussion thread on the interview

The Ugly Truth Interview- Telegraph, 7/20 (and here's the thread on the interview)

Enjoy!
