As for dealing with your emotions when Gerry is spotted with a female only you can learn to deal with it - you either allow it to consume you or you get your head round the fact that chances are he aint never going to be yours. Even though you may be jealous as hell that is all it is jealousy - not something that should send you mentally over the edge or into full blown depression - if it does then it has to be something deeper than Gerry and he just triggered it off IMO. Gerry has done very well to keep his private life just that and if he does get serious about anyone as long as he gently introduces her into public life so we get used to it rather than wake up to find he got married and nobody knew he was dating - that would maybe be too much for some fans to handle .

Gerry brought his friend Nick Boyle with him to Morocco. That is the gentleman walking with him into the hotel and they are being escorted by attendants (and yes the chick in the orange looks like JA ... ).Fry Guy has a name - Nick Boyle. LOL Nick is one of Gerry's buddies just like Ariel.

(to clarify - about a year ago Gerry was pictured after a root canal and then at lunch with a friend who was stealing Gerry's fries from his plate. This friend is Nick.)

I am glad that Gerry is having a good time and has been invited to such a gorgeous location for a soiree like this. It's almost too bad they have to take so many pictures and that the invited guests can't just be left alone to have a good time.

Ahhh to be rich and famous ....

The resort invites the celebrities to stay for free, they may have even picked up the tab for the air fare so the celebrities are expected to be photographed because it is all promotion for the resort, tit for tat.

Where is this picture of the fry stealing - I heard that Gerry shot him a very dirty look like how dare you steal one of my fries, that would be hilarious.

Thanks for filling me in. I'm new to cyber stalking GB so I don't know all the ins and outs of his friends and such. I guess his friends don't have jobs. He mentions how he always has friends with him. Even for Alexa Chung which was in the middle of the day. Must be nice. But if I could spend all my time with GB, I'd quit my job. LMAO.

I am a big fan of the show Entourage - it is lauded as being a very accurate portrayal of life in Hollywood, Mark Wahlberg is the producer - I don't know if it based on his life or not, but it centers around a young hot actor named Vinnie Chase and his Entourage consists of his brother, Johnny Drama is his stage name, also an actor but not as successful, and two of his best friends from high school, Turtle, who up until recently did nothing but hang out, but now he wants to make something of himself, and Eric, who is also his manager though Vince is his only client, well was, I think he might have 2 clients now. At one point all the guys were living in the same mansion and Vinnie just gives Turtle money when he needs it and buys him cars and stuff. Eric finally moved into his own place this season and this was a big traumatic deal. The boys also enjoy the female fallout from Vinnie.

Jeremy Piven is his agent, Ari Gold, brilliantly played and he and his assistant Lloyd are sometimes part of the entourage. Debi Mazar plays Vinne's publicist and sometimes she is part of the gang too. When you think about it, you can't trust that many people especially when you get to a certain level of success so it is a good thing to have people you can trust around you and also people who are not YES people, not sychophants, who tell you like it is to keep you grounded and not let your head get too big. But Vinnie takes his guys EVERYWHERE to party with him, the Playboy Mansion, impromptu trips to Mexico or wherever. In fact he's been getting sulky lately because his guys are starting to move on and sometimes they are all busy no longer at his beck and call all the time. He might be forced to get a steady girlfriend now, bwah.

But until then? I guess he is doing what any other good looking single guy is doing.

Well the other thing I suspect oftentimes he is just standing there and women are coming up to him to get their photos taken with him, why not, and in some cases the woman might be doing it for PR, like a lesser known actress because she knows that photo is going to get play [the reality is this goes on at events, look at Bai Ling, she's makes a career of this kind of thing] or it is just women who adore him and want to get their picture taken with him or he just happens to be standing beside another celebrity female and the photogs will actually say, get in close. All part of the job.

He does look exhausted in the photos. And I agree, it's too bad the guests can't be left alone, how many photos does the world need really, of any of them on the red carpet or at a party? I personally like the photo shoots he does because the photos are much better and we know he realizes it's something he is scheduled to do so I sure he is much more at ease. I do think that as long as he's single, and he may never marry ladies, he will have a pretty high profile.

I always thought Entourage would be a fair comparison to Gerry’s life as a successful actor, instead of Aqua Man, he has 300! That being said I find the guy that plays Vince to be dull and bland. Now if they had someone as dynamic as Gerry in that role….. But Gerry does do Entourage type guy things with his buddy’s along. Golf, Vegas, assorted parties and sporting events and of course lots of pretty women around.

I’ve never been hung up on being jealous of any possible women in Gerry’s life. Frankly I hope he does have romances and fun, and if he falls in love and settles down for a while, great! It’s not going to ruin anything for me at all. I would feel that way whether I was 28 or 38. In fact Gerry is one of the more fun “crushes” I’ve had in a while, that might be because he has so much fun and seemingly invites everyone, fans and pals alike along for the ride.

She is a British TV host, I'd never heard of her before either, framolamdu filled us in on the British celebs earlier in the thread. She is sitting beside Gerry at the table, with the strapless gown, and there are other photos of her at the event showing the full dress.

I do agree Rubee that Adrien Grenier is the weakest actor and weakest character in the show Entourage maybe the show is written up like that on purpose because the entourage gets the better lines - maybe they needed one straight man. I also don't find him that attractive but then again I think there are a lot of actors in Hollywood who are not that bright, not that witty not that interesting in person but the PR machine makes them look good and the Hollywood machine makes them look good enough on film, some of the younger actors look like empty vacuous vessels to me and so maybe Vince is written up just the way he should be.

Gerry is not one of them thank goodness. He's got the best lines not the Entourage. I was just watching some video and I was amazed how he was cussing out paps and smilling at the same time. That's an art form. Hee hee. I love that Turtle is dating Jamie Lee Sigler, from the Sopranos on and off screen.

Oh have I been there so many times, ladies. I've only been on the boards for two years and so sometimes STILL my chest catches and my stomach tightens and Gerry makes me swoon. I have cried over him, I have made myself sick over him, and yet here I am alive and well.

It will calm down at some point. Look, for those who know me know this, when I come back from Gerry events I'm usually in a terrible depression for about two weeks afterward - and it used to be only one week.

Everyone has a different level of their fandom, and some are more grounded in reality than others. Some have happy marriages and see Gerry as "mothers little helper" or whatever. Some of us are lonely and Gerry fills a void that was carved out years ago. And some are just happy as anything to just admire him as a beautiful man and gifted actor. Gerry has a place in everyone's heart that is special to them.

Just know that you're not alone and there are some of us who get it. There are some who will turn their backs on you for your feelings of helplessness and obsession, and those people aren't worth your time or effort. Then there are those who will remain your friends and support you just because you're a person in this world who deserves love and understanding.

Whatever level of your fandom and devotion to Gerry, there is always someone else here on the board who gets it in some form or another. Know you're loved and accepted just the way you are (by most of us).

I totally understand the issue of our reactions to seeing GB with a woman. I'm in a deep obsession. While I don't believe I'll ever meet him, I have very detailed and intricate daydreams / scenarios in my head about a relationship with GB. I hate to admit this. I fear everyone will think I'm crazy. It's safe to admit your feelings here, we are pretty much all nutters with the same syndrom, GALS :-) Apparently ladies who have been fans for longer claim that it does get better in time.

As for the photo, it is my understanding that he used to date Rosario Dawson but this has been over for a long time. I think he even took her to the Oscars or the Golden Globes in the past. So don't worry about this particular photo or lady, just brace yourself for when the next one inevitably surfaces. We can PM each other for support! :-)

First of all...I DO love his scruffy, natural, hangin' out look the best. And I have made it clear that I love a bit of the curls and, let's call it the "10 pm or midnight shadow" on that gorgeous neck. But I have to admit, living in a Colorado College town where a girl rarely sees a man in a suit anymore (especially not a man of this sublime gorgeousness), he does the suits honor. Must be difficult to be one of the other male celebs and know he's what you're up against. Ooooo, that's a nice phrase, huh?
