WOW!! Great images! The colors are EXTRAORDINARY. I love the purples in the photo at the top, right. Thanks for spreading some Spring cheer.

(See your PMs about size guidelines. ;))

Beautifulpictures BV. I love those ones especially that have all the dead leaves underneath them....new life springing up from the dead.....gorgeous.

Would you mind if I save a few of them to use in my backgrounds for Gerry sigs?

hugs,

Sue

Thanks a lot!  :) Of course, you can use them!

I can send you those in better quality (dunno why all those sites that provide photo hosting reduce them   :( ) & even more of my "works". If you need them, of course!   ;)

Hey BV,

 love the photos. I'm very fond of crocus. May I ask what are the white and blue flowers? They are beautiful. Are they native to the Ukraine?

Linda

White are snowdrops and those blue are Scilla vindobonensis (that is Latin name... I can't translate it into English   :( ). I think they are native but still very rare   :)

Hi BlackVelvet,

Yes, if you have a new, free Photobucket account, the setting for picture size is small, and it does affects your uploads. But, you can change it. Beneath the Upload Images and Videos bar you will see in blue the small words, (more options). Click on it! You can reset the size limit on your account by selecting from these options. Choose the largest size allowed, and then hit the Save button at the bottom of the page.

When you reload the images, they should be full-size.

I expect other hosting sites have similar options, but you have find them. Good luck!

And, thank you for the information on the flowers. They are beautiful. Spring has come in here, and it is quite beautiful. *sorry, no pics* The Tulip, Cherry Blossom and Bradford Pear trees have all bloomed along with jonquils and tulips. I'm waiting to see the iris start to bloom. Everything has turned so green and lovely.

Thanks a lot! Right now I'm using my google account, but I'll try to find those options (or to change this account  for Photobucket   ).

As for me, I am waiting for violets   :)

Irene, you have such a great eye for beauty...and a talent with the camera. I have a great eye for beauty but not so much talent with the camera unfortunately...lol.

OK, so I'll share a few photo's (nothing of the quality of yours)....but these are pictures of some of my flowers from the backyard:

Now this is where my "talent" lies (or used to anyway...lol) ... in making stained glass:

and some mosaics (like my outside table):

Sue, your stained glass is absolutely amazing! It must be so hard to make! Believe me, it is much easier to make photos for my task is just to "catch" a thing that already exists. But you create smth new. You are a real talent!   :) BTW, your backyard is great!  :yummy:  (though it is difficult to discern flowers from the distance)
