I am saddened by the news . I have no words ...How my heart breaks for you. I want you to know I will be sending prayers for you and your family. I can't even begin to know how you feel. I have dealt with loss of loved ones, but never have I experienced losing a child. My thoughts are with you, dear sweet Frannie.

To my Dearest and loving friends. It is one week today that I lost a part of my heart and through my tears after reading all your beautiful and heartfelt posts, poems, and prayers I just can't think of the right words or the right way to express my deepest gratitude. I just felt that I should say something. I wanted to let you all know that I can feel your love and compassion and believe me just that feeling alone has been of a great comfort to me. Even though as each day goes by I know I'm not going to wake up from this horrible nightmare

it still is not real to me. It most likely never will be. So Thank you my friends. I know it's not enough but it's from the deepest part of my heart! I truly love you all. I guess I just need my time to grieve.. The past week has been a blur but now it's the quiet time.

:hearts: From my heart to yours, Thank You.

Frannie

PS! Sue my Sweet Sweet sister of the heart, Thank you for the phone call.... I love you ya know!

:wuv:Dearest Frannie; take all the time that you need; as women we understand. Many of us are mothers sisters aunts grandmothers and know there is nothing more painful than the loss of a child. My brother's son lost his 14 month old two years ago and the entire family grieved with them; we still feel the pain of our loss. Just know that we will all be praying for you and your family and will keep the candle of sisterhood lit here for your return...Take heart dear one; we might not be there in body; but our hearts and minds are tuned in to your plight...Hugs May

Bless you May!

Barbara, my very best friend. Thank you for posting the information for me and starting this prayer thread! You have been such a big part of helping me try and get through each day just by knowing I have such a Dear and caring friend (sister) as you have been to me from the very first time we met! I Love you Dearly Sweetheart! When I'm feeling better I will be in touch via a call! Thanks once again and yes I know if a lot of you could be here with me you would be.... but as far as I'm concerned you are with me....in spirit and that alone means everything to me.

 Frannie

Dearest Frannie,

I just read this thread and can't begin to express my sorrow at your loss.

I pray that God holds you in the palm of his loving hands and comforts you at this time and always.

as he is holding your precious son in his hands.

If there is anything I can do to comfort you at this time, please let me know.

You and your family remain in my prayers.

Sandy

Dearest friend,

Words cannot describe my sympathy for you and your family at this moment of pain. I don't think anything anyone says right now can help you feel better, we can only pray that God gives you and your family the strength to endure and overcome this pain, this loss.

All my love and prayers,

Theresa

My dear Frannie...It is so good to hear from you although none of us expected to. I know how it is once the funeral is over and the plans have been played out. Everyone goes home and you are left with the quiet that can be torture, because then your thoughts take over. Shortly after my husband and I were married my brother-in-law was killed in an automobile accident and my husband and I had to tell his parents. He was only 25 years old and left a wife and 3 year old daughter. I know what my mother-in-law went through afterwards. She tried to hold in her feelings and go on but it got the best of her eventually. So confront how you feel and don't try to be brave. Don't try to keep it bottled up inside you. What you have experienced no parent should experience. Since it happened to you, do all you can to cope with it, feel the anger, feel the sadness but most of all talk about it. Let it out so you can someday live with it. Let others help you through this. That's where we come in, here at GALS. When you want to talk, we are here to listen and comfort you. We want our Frannie to get though this as best as one can. Remember, life goes on because the soul never dies. Everything you do, wherever you go, Tommy will be close by. His memories are in your heart forever. May the Lord watch over you and Bobby and help you both through this.

Fran,

I just read through the threads and saw this terrible news. I am sending my prayers to add to the others. There are no words that I can think of that haven't already been said by those more able than I to know what to say. But, my heart is broken for you..and out of it pours much love for you and yours.

Dear GALS,

Frannie just called me from her home telling me she went back to NC to keep that doctor's appointment. She seems very positive about getting some answers from this doctor because he said he wants to get to the bottom of this. Did a few tests, gave her new meds, and changed her diet so she can eat more and stop losing so much weight. Also wants to do a couple more tests next week that will take all day so he can zero in on her problem. He is a specialist in this field and wants to be sure. Frannie seems upbeat about this. Let us all continue to keep her in our prayers.

Hugs, Barbara

Frannie,

I continue to pray for you and your family in your loss.

I hope the Doctor finds the root of your health problems so that you can get some

care in that area.

You are in my thoughts and my best wishes to you always.

Thank you SO MUCH Lu for this update. I have been so worried that Frannie may miss her appointment. I'm feeling a lot better about this new specialist. He seems to want to really help Frannie so I love him already. I'm so glad to hear she can eat more now. YIPPEE!! I will certainly keep Frannie in my prayers, as always!!

Frannie..I talked to my youngest son today on the phone for the first time since your personal tragedy and I broke down when I heard his voice. That never happened before. I have been thinking a lot of what you are going through and I think it has hit me hard and when I heard my son's voice I thought of how grateful I am that I can talk to him. I think what you are going through has affected all of us who have children. I know I will no longer take for granted that I have two sons and that I will always have them as long as I live.

My prayers always include you my dear friend. My thoughts are always with you.

My dear sister of the heart....I thought about you and Bobby today and I wish I could be there in person to give you a hug and help you in your grief. But I'm not there and so what I can do is keep you in my heart and prayers. I especially thought of Tommy this morning in church since it is the day we celebrate our Lord's defeat over death....I thanked God for the hope we have that this life is not the end ... and someday you will be reunited with your beloved son.
