Watching POTO. Just love to hear that amazing, sexy voice. I've been extra sick today so I'm treating myself. And I am unnecessarily excited about all of the cute icons. I may go a little crazy.Posted Image

I can never watch POTO too many times...there's just so much to that story, especially his character! Plus, since I've been writing a lot of POTO fan fics, it gives me an extra excuse to watch the movie when I hit a writer's block. Gerry definitely helps me get back in touch with Erik's character and mindset.

There was a jazz festival in NOLA this weekend. I'm surprised Gerry didn't go! Maybe had some business in NYC to tend to.

Delene

Or maybe he just wanted to see this play.

The man can afford to be wherever he wants to be, whenever he wants to be there. Thank God, he can travel and do

some of the things he wants to. Shreveport isn't like being on far off location, like Africa, he can fly home on week-ends

if he wants to. I don't like being away from home for long periods of time, maybe he doesn't either.

It is his personal time to do with as he pleases. Guess he isn't so crazy after JB as the papers reported, huh?

Like I have said many times before, I only believe what I hear Gerry say seriously.

As for his expression, he was probably just trying to get through the paps, back to his bike so he could go home.

My thought was, where is his helmet? He had it going in, but not coming out.

Love him absolutely,

Sandy

I'm a little confused.... who is JB??

I also think it's very cute you were worried about his helemt whereabouts!! haha. sweet.

JB is Jessica Beil.

I'm always worried about GB. Don't want him riding that bike without his helmet, do we?

Love him absolutely,

Sandy

You stated before that you have some health issues. Is it to personal to ask what kind?

I'll keep you in my prayers.

I found two pics of Gerry and Leo that seem to be from when they got to the show. Talk about Gerry's beautiful smile! :cloud9:

Looks like they originally came from a Leo DiCaprio fan site.

Lisa

Thank you Lisa. :)

Soooo great to see Gerry smiling.

I already posted a link to one of these, Lisa, back a few posts.

Be careful of your link. When I hit on it, it took the pics a long time to buffer up then I got something about Bin Laden. You have to be careful about links being cross linked with viruses and trojans, especially right now during all this media hype about it. Just FYI.

Ah Sandy, that comment is priceless. Read it again! I wonder what brand of "helmet" he uses??? Did I say that? I guess my mind is always on a different plane. *Sigh*

Love, Buff

I know you did - this had another one and it was just easier to do it this way. And that's weird cause when I click on it that doesn't happen to me. Sorry.

I still love the pics and seeing him smiling and enjoying friends and time off from working so hard. :wuv:

I have a chronic stomach condition called gastroparesis. Basically my stomach doesn't digest food normally. It causes nausea, vomiting, accidental weight loss, loss of appetite. I got sick in December right before Christmas. I was nauseated all the time and I couldn't eat. At first, after I had lost 30 pounds in two months, they thought it was my gallbladder and removed it but it turned out that my gallbladder was actually fine. Then I got sicker and ended up in the ER. My doctor finally sent me to a specialist who hospitalized me again and got me on some good meds. He did more tests and finally got a diagnosis. I am out of the hospital and on the right meds now but I lost 50 pounds. Unfortunately I am going to have to deal with it for the rest of my life. Some days are good, some bad. I have switched to a low fat, low fiber diet. There is some hope that it will improve over time. I'm just taking it one day at a time, trying to be a good mom, and praying my heart out. Sheesh that's kind of a bummer isn't it. Sorry guys.

Thank you. It seems that GALS is a good place to find comfort, because I know I am not the only one going through a hard time right now. Melodie is going through a hard time too. It's nice to have people that will listen and offer hope.

Good grief, Kady, that's the same thing Frannie has, I believe. She's lost 100 pounds and is undergoing testing. How weird is that?

And what's sad is that she probably has it worse than I do because my case is mild compared to how bad it can be. I can't imagine how hard it is on people who are sicker than me because I feel like I'm dying.

Oh Sweetie.....I can relate and I will be PM'ing you! Maybe we can help each other!

Gerry's notorious for riding his bicycle around NYC without a helmet. I'm sure there's laws about wearing one on a motorcycle.

Delene

In case there is any confusion, when I say "bike" I mean motorcycle. I have a Honda 175 and in my day we

called them "bikes." I'm not sure about the laws in NY regarding helmets. In some states you can ride either

a bicycle or a "bike" without a helmet. I had a friend that tried it once and wound up with his head burst open

from hitting the payment. I'd never try it, law or not, I hope Gerry is sensible enough to always wear one. I

haven't seen him without one lately.

Love him absolutely,

Sandy

I'll keep you in my prayers, Kady. I already have Frannie on my permanent list. I hope they find a cure for you both in the

future. Everyday is new in medicine, so maybe soon.

I, unfortunately, am in 5th stage kidney failure, diabetic, and have Lupus. No cure for any of it, and I'm not a candidate for

kidney transplant.

God gives us his love and healing to accomplish whatever he has planned for us, so here I am, trusting in him, and loving

Gerry all the time. So keep me in your prayers as well, please.

Love him absolutely,

Sandy
