Abby

This is amazing, you have captured the look of the Phantom so well, you can see the hurt in his eyes.

This Gal did good.

Well done Abby, we are so proud of you.

Abby, I am speechless! What do you mean you don't draw clothes very well. His clothes look like the real thing! The whole drawing is absolutely AWESOME!!! This just blows me away. You are a true artist and I so hope you pursue your talents as a career. THANK YOU for sharing this masterpiece with all of us!!

The cat's eyes look like real, not just a drawing of them. Amazing how you get life into the eyes. GREAT JOB!!! KEEP DRAWING!!!!

I can't wait to see the drawing in progress from the calendar. That is one of my favorite pics. That's why I loved the cross stitch June did from Nim's Premiere. You gals are SO talented!!!!! Abby, I have been to the Louvre in Paris and the wonderful Art museums in Chicago and Washington D.C. and that finished drawing above looks like something I would have seen at any of those museums. My dear you ARE an artist and this will be your career. Make it happen!!!

These drawings are really really good Abby, I think its the eyes once you have mastered that then they look so good. I find with cross stitch, once I get the eyes done then the rest falls in to place, a big plus is that the eyes follow you whilst you are working on the project.

Well Done Abby

Thank you Kathy what you said made me very happy

June I agree the eyes are the most important because they are the thing you look at first in any art thank you too for the kind words

Yes my dear....someday (and not in the very distant future) I see you as being rich and famous!!!! And guess what guys? Abby has so generously expressed a desire to give GALS a picture of Gerry for next years auction :cunning: ... now you know who'll be bidding on that one don't you! Abby, as soon as I can pay off these last bills I have on this summer's house projects I will work out the arrangements with you to get it mailed to me for framing....

I'm also planning on saving up enough money to entice you to draw a picture of my two grandsons. That is IF you're not too famous by the time I get around to it and your fee is waaaaaayyyyy above me...lol.

Sue

Hi Sue

You and other gals have been so kind too me since I've been here that your like a second family

About you wanting a portrait of your grandsons, I would never other price people who have been so kind to me, don't think I would charge you that much either I would always make exceptions for you gals and I do have a long way to go till I ever get to that stage in my art, Sue If you are ever interested just email me I'll always be here in 2 to 10 years... lol

You touch me deeply, Abby. It is easy to be nice to someone as sweet as you are. You are so humble about your art, which is magnificent. I think you are better than you realize because it comes so easily to you. We, who can only draw stick people, are mesmerized by what you can put on paper. You are so talented!
