Forbes girl
Thank you June I have started Gerry's portrait http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/8114/apr5.jpg Abby FANTASTIC!! I get to start another drawing folder showing the stages of your drawing! It is so cool to watch one of your masterpieces come to life page by page right before our eyes. It is interesting to see how you set up a drawing to start and how it changes over time. Amazing to see. Keep us posted! Glad you were talking about your camera and not the tiger drawing. I was thinking you are way too critical about your work because NO ONE could have made that drawing any better. ~HUGS~ Kathy

irish
I couldn't have said it any better Kathy. I too have an album on my computer of the stages Abby goes through to create her masterpieces. My son was over a few weeks ago Abby and I shared with him that I was comissioning you to draw a picture of my grandsons (his sons) and I showed him pictures of your work. He was amazed at your talent. We than started arguing over where this drawing will be mounted once it is framed....my house or HIS! humph!
Abby
Hi Sue I hope when I get to draw your family you will like It very much and hope you and your son can sort out where to put the drawing It must be a hard decision to make Another update on Gerry http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/707/i1wj.jpg Abby
Arwen
Abby , this is great, its like he is looking through a mask, you are doing very very well with this eye, so real, it looks like he is following me round the room. Well done Abby, cant wait for the next phase. Hugs June
Forbes girl
Abby, I'm utterly fascinated with looking at that eye. How did you do that? It looks so real and like June said it follows you. The power of your talent is putting life in your hands. You are bringing Gerry to life. How I wish I could do that. I have always been envious of people who are artistically talented. It is an honor to call you a friend. ~HUGS~ Kathy
Abby
Thank you June and Kathy Kathy It's very hard for me to explain how I draw something because with every portrait I draw I use different techniques but hopefully one day I will settle with just one and it would make it easy to explain and I am honored too to call you a friend you are all so nice and supportive Another update http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/1774/fbc3.jpg Abby

Forbes girl
Thank you June and Kathy Kathy It's very hard for me to explain how I draw something because with every portrait I draw I use different techniques but hopefully one day I will settle with just one and it would make it easy to explain and I am honored too to call you a friend you are all so nice and supportive Another update http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/1774/fbc3.jpg Abby Abby, When I opened up your latest drawing pic of Gerry I had to move back because it looked like real eyes were looking in my direction.....Gerry's eyes no less. You even have the texture of his skin looking so real. When I ask you how do you do that I really don't expect an answer because how can you explain talent, and you sweetie are VERY talented. You either have it or you don't. I have been to many Art Museums like The Louvre, and the Art Museums in Washington D.C. and Chicago to name a few and I can see your work on those walls in the future. I think you are much better than even you know because you are young and over time you will amaze even yourself at what you can do. Take advantage of any art lessons you can get and get a career in art so you can focus on this talent. LEARN all of the techniques that you can. It is all up to you on how far you go and you have the talent to go VERY far! Thanks for the Gerry update. I can't wait to see the next one!! ~HUGS~ Kathy
