Jennifer St. Giles spent a number of years as a real nurse and now has a second career as a romance novelist for Pocket Books and Berkley/Jove Publishing. You can read about her journey as a writer at www.jenniferstgiles.com. She succumbed to the G-man’s to-die-for charm in his oh so hot Attila the HUNK appearance on TV. After that, she made a serious effort to look for him in anything he put out over the next few years while the dark heroes she wrote about developed many Gerryisms. But being a busy, rational woman, she never looked up movie stars on the internet and she didn’t have time for any Forum craziness zipping up the net lines. She wrote and she dreamed.

Then in March of 2005 the Phantom of the Opera happened. The G-man and the movie were in her head and she couldn’t escape him. She went for the very first time and bought a CD FOR HER SELF! The MUSIC OF THE NIGHT is like an entire romance novel put into a song, and Gerry’s rendition of it made her heart sing and soar despite the problems in her life. This gave new breath to the romance she writes. With that one song, its passion, its seduction, and its pure emotion, Gerry claimed her forever as a devoted fan. So you might say that Jennifer St. Giles was bought for a song. She went to the net for the first time ever to know more about this man who’d managed to touch her soul with his talent.

She found the GALS! And her life changed as she met a number of fun dynamic women from all over the world! So thank you GALS sufferers! And THANK YOU Gerard Butler. Pure Poetry is the embodiment of words, and boy does he embody every word upon a page! Jennifer hopes that one day her talents as a writer will touch the world as eloquently as his!
