Meet the Staff LishModerator Lish is one of those GALS who discovered Gerry many times as many different men. First, upon watching Reign of Fire, she thought, "Pity Creedy had to die, what a fine looking fellow..." She then discovered Gerry in Dracula 2000 and Timeline. It wasn't until POTO that her attention was captured enough to google this handsome man where she found out that it was actually the same man she'd ogled in the previous movies! Sadly, she admits that Tomb raider 2 had been in her home for months and she refused to watch it because she was not impressed with the original. Lish missed out on Terry Sheridan until after POTO. It was a shame. Phantom was a pivotal moment in Lish's life when she found time to pick up her canvasses and poetry books and get her creative juices flowing again. Thanks to Gerry, she has written more poetry and painted a Phantom series, one of which she someday intends to mail to His Royal Hotness should she ever get the courage to do so. She has also become involved heavily in fan fiction as of late. Lish carries Gerry's trading card in her DayTimer along with a laminated copy of the GALS prayer. When asked who that hot man is, she responds with, "Oh, That's Gerry. He's my movie man. He's Scottish." She also has decorated her cubical at work with various Gerry artifacts including a favorite; a stuffed camel which she lovingly calls "Harry Humpenstein." Gerry has inspired her to reach beyond herself again and touch her creative side and for that she is eternally grateful. |
